Snow / Inclement Weather

 The Ballet School follows the Washington County School snow cancellation schedule.  Whenever the County schools are closed or dismissed early, all classes are automatically canceled.  Make-up classes for those lessons canceled due to snow will be rescheduled.  No cash credit will be given.

Billing and Payment

The tuition will be eleven dollars ($11.00) per class, per child.  A third class during the week will be nine dollars ($9.00), the fourth class five dollars ($5.00) and any additional classes free.  All scheduled classes within the month will be billed at the beginning of the month and are due when rendered.  Families are considered as one student.  No refunds on classes missed.  Make-up classes are offered.

Payment should be made by cash, check or money order.

Dress Code

 Ballet students must wear a black leotard, pink tights and pink ballet shoes (Capezio or Bloch).  Pointe students may wear any color leotard.  Hair must be worn in a bun, pulled back from the face.  Students with short hair may wear a headband to secure hair.

 Jazz and tap students may wear any color/style leotard, tights or unitard.  No baggy shorts or shirts are allowed.  Hair must be secured in a ponytail, pulled back from the face.

  No jewelry or gum allowed.

Student Drop-off / Parking

The circular drive is for drop-off only; after dropping your child off, you should park in the parking lot.  Do not park in the grass area in the circular drive.  This area contains three storm water management pits, and is not solid ground.  Please do not park in the drop-off area or the grass around that area.
